As a fully insured professional consulting firm, we leverage over 20 years of technical and management experience to act as your personal Service Director. We work for you—not the shop—ensuring that every repair is necessary, every quote is fair, and every technician's recommendation is vetted by an expert.
Service Tiers & Pricing
Tier 1: The Quote Audit
Perfect for when you’re already at the shop and need a second opinion.
Cost: $49.00*
The Service:
A line-by-line professional review of your repair estimate or invoice. We verify labor times and parts pricing against industry standards and provide a "Must-Do vs. Can-Wait" prioritization list.
Tier 2: The Virtual Advocate
We take the wheel and deal with the shop so you don’t have to.
Cost: $99.00*
The Service:
Includes everything in the Quote Audit, plus direct phone or email communication with the Service Advisor. We act as your primary technical contact, negotiating costs and verifying the diagnosis on your behalf.
Tier 3: Concierge Fleet Management
Professional-grade logistics for busy individuals and small business fleets.
Cost: $149.00* Management Fee (per service event, plus cost of repairs)
The Service:
We handle the entire process from start to finish. This includes booking appointments, technical oversight of all repairs, and unified billing. You pay Unicorn Auto directly; we audit the final invoice and process the payment to the facility. Please note: To facilitate seamless logistics and unified billing, a 3% Administrative Fee is applied to the total repair bill. This fee strictly covers the costs of handling pass-through funds and administrative oversight. This fee is waived for all payments made via Interac e-Transfer
Tier 4: The Unicorn Annual Membership
Total Peace of Mind for the Savvy Vehicle Owner.
Cost: $399.00* / Year (per vehicle)
What's Included:
Three (3) Full Virtual Advocate Events, Unlimited Quote Audits, an Annual Value Appraisal, and Priority Support for any automotive questions throughout the year.
