How to Request Your Appraisal

To ensure a 24-hour* turnaround, please follow this checklist and email the required information to appraisals@unicornauto.ca:

1. Documentation & Identification

• A clear photo of the Vehicle Registration (to verify VIN and Trim level).

•  A photo of the Odometer showing the current mileage.

2. Exterior Condition (The "Four Corners" Rule)

• Photos from all four angles: Front-left, front-right, rear-left, and rear-right.

• Close-up photos of any visible body damage, paint wear, or rust.

3. Interior & Mechanical

• Clear shots of the front seats, dashboard/electronics, and engine bay.

• Computer scan report (OBD) if available

4. Maintenance Records (Optional)

• Copies of recent major repair receipts or pending service estimates.

Note: Providing evidence of mechanical needs is the most effective way to justify a lower tax valuation.
